About Camp Scugog
For almost 100 years, Camp Scugog has been a refuge for children, teens and families experiencing socioeconomic barriers. We offer traditional summer camp activities such as swimming, canoeing, kayaking, crafts, archery, basketball, low ropes, high ropes and more. Most campers have challenging home lives, and camp is a place where they are safe and free to be themselves. Our ratio of two campers for each staff member means each camper is cared for as an individual while achieving personal growth, connection and joy. What is the Camp Scugog Quest?
The Camp Scugog Quest is a team-based annual scavenger hunt that unites our community. This exciting volunteer-led event brings participants together to complete fun tasks and engage in friendly competition while raising funds to support Camp Scugog. Similar fundraising events are Run for the Cure or Jump Rope for Heart where every step you take, and every dollar you raise, directly impacts an incredible cause.
How do I participate?
You can register with a team of 3-6 participants, or as an individual and we'll group you with other solo adventurers. Everyone is encouraged to set an individual and team fundraising goal as well as dress up in costume to celebrate this year’s theme.
Once registered, share your fundraising page with your network of family, friends and colleagues to help sponsor you in the Quest. Check out the templates provided in your Fundraising Center, or reach out for more support.
Dress up in your favourite Game On! gear on Saturday, October 19 join in on the fun at the Camp Scugog Quest! Your mission is to complete exciting objectives and challenges with fellow gamers in person at our facility in Nestleton ON, or virtually.
